Dumbest hospital I've ever known. I'm in an emergency situation with a pregnant woman, and the reception desk was asking pointless questions like "how many siblings do you have?". They then make us sit down in the queue, waiting, waiting, waiting, and only until the pregnant woman fainted and hits her head as she falls were we then allowed to go into the emergency room. Even then, the emergency room had zero urgency and were tremendously unhelpful. Do not go here.

Went here for what you call a Chequeo Ejecutivo which was basically a very thorough physical checkup. Everything was exceptional, from the service, to the facility, to the efficiency. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I arrived and they brought me to all of my exams. I was given a standard breakfast and at the end the doctor explained all of the exam results. I will definitely come here routinely for these kinds of exams.

Starting the New Year with a visit here wasn't ideal, but the experience was made better by the staff. They were professional and quick to assist. The facility is clean, and everyone was helpful. For those who don't speak Spanish, they do their best to communicate, but having translations ready could be beneficial.

This is an excellent clinic Located in a strategic place in the city on a treasure hill with many years of experience In the health area the clinic has all the hospitalization services urgencies external consultation medical tower diagnostic aids surgery and has an alliance with the Most health insurers in Colombia. The customer service is the best quality.
