Compliance posture
- Wellfaring operates as an introductory agency under UK law. Any contract for medical services is formed directly between the patient and the clinic.
- We do not provide, supervise, or guarantee medical treatment.
- Data processing follows UK GDPR Article 9 standards for Special Category Data — health information is processed only with the patient's explicit consent and the lawful basis appropriate to the receiving party.
- We are not authorised to provide regulated financial services. Any escrow or payer rails are operated by licensed third parties; Wellfaring is the routing layer, not the money layer.
