I really appreciate the support and service provided at Aster CMI Hospital. The staff members Naresh and Nagaraj were very helpful and supportive throughout. A special thanks to Manjula from the housekeeping team for her incredible teamwork and dedication in maintaining cleanliness and comfort. I would also like to thank the housekeeping supervisors Surya and Prakash for managing such a well-coordinated team. Their efforts truly make a positive difference in the hospital environment. I wish I can add negative reviews to this place because it's that bad and unreliable. If you value your time and life, you better AVOID this place. Deficiency of service, no patient care or concern, mismanagement, miscommunication, no process and procedure and complete lack of empathy. This particularly for the radiology department who likes to make patients wait for minimum 5-7 hours for scans.I'm appalled this place has such high rating and reviews. Now I understand deep pockets can buy anything except actual sevice to patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

recently stayed at Aster CMI Hospital for gall bladder treatment, and I am very satisfied with the care I received. The doctors were highly professional, explained the condition clearly, and guided us through every step of the treatment. They made sure I was comfortable and confident before the procedure. The nursing staff were also very attentive, checking on me regularly and responding quickly whenever I needed assistance. The hospital environment was clean, safe, and well maintained. All the staff members were polite and supportive, which made my stay stress-free. From admission to discharge, the entire process was smooth and well organized. The NICU sisters are truly angels in disguise. Their care, patience, and kindness during such a difficult time meant everything to our family. They treated our baby with so much love and handled every situation with professionalism and calmness. We are forever grateful for their dedication, support, and comforting words. Excellent service with complete transparencyβthere were no hidden charges. Punam Kumari was extremely supportive and available even at midnight whenever we needed assistance. The staff and doctors- Dr Vinay Bhatt and Dr Sahana were truly caring and professional. I had previously visited Apollo but did not have a good experience, as it felt very commercial. In contrast, this hospital genuinely prioritized my care and looked after me exceptionally well.
